Increase your marketability by improving your leadership skills; and serve the Project Management community - all through participating in PMI Central Florida's Mentoring Program. Mentors

Want to be a mentor? The benefits of this program are far reaching. Some expected benefits are:

The following conditions are preferred for consideration into the program as a mentor:

  • A minimum there years of project management experience

  • Be a member, in good standing, of the Central Florida PMI Chapter

  • Be willing to share ideas, concepts, and knowledge

Protégés

Want to be a protégé? The expected benefits of this program are designed to be far reaching.

  • Work through a current problem in managing a project

  • Obtain ideas on how to be more effective

  • Solidify a specific project management skill fast

  • Increase PM competencies

  • Professional development

  • Earn PDU credits

Requirements for Protégés applying to the Mentoring Program:

  • Must be a member, in good standing, of the Central Florida PMI Chapter

  • Must be dedicated to learn more about Project Management

  • Must possess an interest in any part of the Project Management process, with the exception of studying for the PMP exam; individuals who are interested in learning more about preparing for the PMP exam, we offer a cost-effective training program to acquire your PMP certification.
